Website with an admin panel you can edit yourself

A company website where your team changes prices, schedules and promotions in a simple panel, without waiting for a developer.

Describe your project

The problem: every small change needs a developer

Prices change, a schedule moves, a promotion ends. If each change means writing to a developer and waiting, the site soon shows old information. The old Oskar site is an example: only the schedule and the news were easy for the client to edit, while prices and promotions were not.

An admin panel gives the people who know the business control over the content that changes. What is editable is agreed in advance, so the design and the layout stay as they were built.

What you get

An admin panel project covers everything in a business website, plus:

  • An admin panel built with Laravel and Filament.
  • Editable content that we agree on: prices, schedules, promotions, texts and images.
  • Editable fields only where we agreed, so the design and the layout stay as built.
  • Sign-in for the people who maintain the site.
  • Handover of the code and every access, including the administrator account of the panel.
  • A clear line for later changes: updates and ongoing care are quoted separately, only if you want them.

Where I built this

Oskar: dolphinarium complex, in progress

The client's brief asks for prices, schedule and promotions that they edit without a developer. The planned panel, on Laravel 13 and Filament 5, covers the show schedule, ticket and service prices and promotions, with an archive of finished promotions. The design mockup is approved, but the panel is planned and not delivered yet.

Cukolini Graphs: a private scheduling application

A private work-scheduling web application with sign-in, role-based access and screens for managing branches, employees and schedules. It is built with ASP.NET Core MVC, so it shows my work on application screens with permissions rather than the Laravel and Filament panel described here.

How it works

01

Decide what changes

On the short call we list what changes in your business: prices, schedule, promotions, texts. That list decides what the panel contains. Scope and timeline are agreed on this call as well.

02

Plan the site and the panel

I plan the public pages and the editing screens together, so every piece of content you edit has a place on the site.

03

Build and try it

I build the site and the panel. You try editing real content before launch, so your first change after launch is not your first attempt.

04

Launch and handover

The site and the panel go live on a domain and hosting in your name, and the code and every access are handed over to you.

Fixed quote after a short call

The amount of editable content decides the work, so there is no price list. After a short call you get one fixed quote for the site and the panel, and it goes into the contract. Later updates and ongoing care are quoted separately, only if you want them.

Questions about an admin panel

Can I edit the whole site?

You edit what we agree, for example prices, schedules, promotions and text. The design and the layout stay as built, which keeps the site consistent.

Do I need an admin panel at all?

Not always. If your content rarely changes, a simpler site that I update for you is quicker to build. We decide that on the first call.

What are Laravel and Filament?

Laravel is a widely used PHP framework, and Filament is an admin-panel toolkit built on top of it. For you it means a standard, documented setup that another developer can pick up.

Who looks after the panel after launch?

The code and every access are in your name, so you or another developer can maintain it. If you want me to continue, an optional care plan covers updates and small changes, quoted separately.

Guarantees

Two promises I always keep

Fixed price in the contract

The price is written into the contract before work starts. You get the quote after a short call, once the scope is clear.

Everything in your name

Domain, hosting, code and every access are in your name. The site stays yours, whoever works on it next.

Describe your project

Tell me about your business and what you need. A short call follows, then a fixed quote.
