A clear process, one person responsible for the whole site

I am George O., a web developer based in Rivne, Ukraine. I build websites for service businesses that need to explain what they do clearly and make it easy for customers to get in touch.

Who I help

I work with service businesses: people whose customers need to understand an offer before they call, write or book. A useful website answers the practical questions first: what you do, who it is for, what is included and how a customer can reach you. It does not need to be noisy to be useful.

Some projects begin with one focused landing page; others need a small business site with a page for each service. If you work across languages, the site can have a separate address for each version. The right shape comes from the business and the information customers need, not from a template forced onto every project.

How I work

You work with one person from the first conversation through launch. I plan the page structure, design the interface, write the code and prepare the site for launch. That keeps decisions and questions in one place instead of moving a project between separate roles.

Before work starts, we agree the scope: which pages, content, languages and functions belong in this project. The timeline is agreed on the first call as well. A clear scope gives both of us a shared reference while the site is being made.

Tools and technology

The technology follows the job. Delivered work includes websites built with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap, and the Cukolini Graphs application built with ASP.NET Core MVC and Entity Framework Core. Laravel and Filament are planned for the Oskar project, which is in progress. I choose a straightforward setup that fits the agreed scope and can be handed over cleanly.

Contract and payment

The fixed price is written into the contract. The payment terms are agreed in the contract too. This keeps the practical terms alongside the scope we have agreed, before the work begins.

Ownership and handover

Your domain, hosting, code and every access are in your name. The finished site and its accounts are not held behind my account or a platform I control. You keep the details needed to manage the site and decide who works on it next.

At handover, the project is set up around that ownership from the start. It means the address visitors use, the place where the site runs, the code and the logins all remain connected to your business.

Tell me what your business needs

Send a short outline of your service, the pages you need and the language or languages you use. We can discuss the scope and timeline on the first call.
