Ann’s Decor — Event Design Business Website

Ann’s Decor — Event Design Business Website

Context

Ann's Decor is an event decor and floristry company. This is its first website: the company had none before. The site presents the company's services, its finished work and the ways to get in touch.

What needed to be solved

A company with no website that sells event decor and flowers has to show its work before anyone calls. Its first site needed to put finished work first, let visitors filter the gallery by category, explain the services and make contacting the company easy, on a phone as much as on a desktop.

What I delivered

• Multi-page navigation (Home, About, Gallery, Services, Contact) with smooth scrolling and animated sections.
• Filterable portfolio gallery with category-based filtering using Isotope.js and lightbox image viewer with GLightbox.
• Testimonial carousel using Swiper.js with responsive breakpoints and autoplay functionality, showing reviews from the client's own customers.
• Contact form with real-time validation, phone number formatting, email domain verification, and PHP backend integration with PHPMailer.
• Responsive design with Bootstrap 5.3.3, custom CSS variables for theming, and mobile-first approach.
• Interactive elements including sticky navigation header, animated sections with AOS (Animate On Scroll), and form validation with visual feedback.

My role

The site is built on a ready-made front-end base. My contribution on top of it: responsive layout work, JavaScript-library integration, custom CSS styling, and PHP/PHPMailer form integration.

Result and current state

The site is the client's own website, linked on this page. Results are not published.
